City says Lincoln Avenue Underpass will be completed in spring

YAKIMA, Wash.-- The City of Yakima hopes to have the Lincoln Avenue underpass completed by this spring.

They say much of the work on the project is done, but they have to wait for the asphalt plants to reopen so they can pave the road. Construction was delayed last summer, costing the city four million dollars.

They plans to build a similar underpass on Martin Luther King Boulevard after this one is finished.
