PASCO,WA- Lawyers representing a woman in Franklin County Jail wants her moved to the Benton County jail.

Tashia Stuart is accused of murdering her adopted mother. Her defense attorneys say the nurse in the jail who gives Stuart her medications has a conflict of interest because prosecutors plan to call the nurse as a witness.

A judge has set Stuart's trial for April.

Prosecutors expect to return Stuart's husband from California later this month. Todd Stuart is accused of trying to kill his mother-in-law.
