PASCO, Wash. -
Two men are arrested for assault, one is still wanted. Pasco Police are looking for 24-year old Isidro Licon of Pasco. He is a person of interest in the shooting of a 39-year old Pasco man. It happened at the Pic-A-Pop Mini Mart near 5th and Court Street. The victim was shot in the face just after 10:00 p.m. Friday night.
On Saturday Pasco Police Detectives and Kennewick Police arrested 20-year old Edgar Arroyos of Pasco and 21-year old Stephen Morfin of Kennewick. Police say the three men are connected to an incident that happened Friday around 4:00 p.m. They are suspected of threatening residents with guns at the 300 Block of West B Street in Pasco.
Licon is a 6ft 2in Hispanic male with brown eyes and short shaved black hair. He weighs about 200 lbs and has a distinct tattoo across his neck that says 'Familia.' He is considered armed and dangerous. If you see him call 911.
