One Man is arrested in assault and rape investigation

KENNEWICK, Wash. -

One Man is arrested in assault and rape investigation. Kennewick Police arrested 25 year old William Eller Friday morning under investigations of 1st degree assault and 2nd degree rape and tampering with a witness.

The female victim was sent to the hospital. Police say it happened earlier this week around Clearwater and Yost Street.

Eller is placed on a 72-hour hold at Benton County Jail while police continue to investigate additional charges.
