Despite what you may hear, you don't always need a fancy, expensive gym membership to get in shape. In fact, a good part of your workout can be as easy as finding a few stairs. Or a lot of stairs if you're SWX's Leslie Lowe.
Leslie took Michelle Dapper downtown to a little place right off of W. Sprague where the workouts are tough - and free! They consist of 152 stairs.
Wow. Simple, but effective!
