YAKIMA, Wash. -- The Yakima County Sheriff's Office is warning about a level three sex offender in the county.
24 year old Juan Carlos Sandoval is a transient. He is 5'07" tall and weighs 172 pounds. Sandoval was convicted in 2003 for Third Degree Rape and Third Degree Rape of a Child.
A level three offender reflects a high potential to re-offend.
