
KENNEWICK, Wash-- The restaurant and bar Six Degrees opened its doors Thursday.
Foot traffic is exactly what the small business needs. Restaurants rank among the hardest to keep open. One this size can cost between $250-300,000.
The President and Senator Murray have both shared concerns banks aren't lending to small businesses. But these guys think they've got the answer to keep their dreams alive. And that's all because of you.
"The community here is great," says Rock, the bar manager. "You've got a lot of great people in community, especially when it comes to small business. Our small business, we're going to be a part of the community. That's our goal."
On Wednesday night they had a kick-off and donated tips to the Red Cross for the Haiti relief fund. That's just one way they plan to keep active in the community.
