YAKIMA, Wash. -- Attorneys and the East Valley School District say they have enough probable cause to terminate Michelle Taylor.

Taylor is the physical education teacher who's accused of having sex with a 16-year old male student last spring while on school district property.

She has been on paid administrative leave since June. Taylor has until next week to appeal this proposal. She has denied the allegations.
