David McFadden is President and CEO of the Yakima County Development Association (YCDA), a county-wide nonprofit agency that creates jobs and secures public and private capital for expanding companies. He has also provided support to dozens of local companies on expansion projects. McFadden specializes in site selection, business finance, and permitting assistance. He also manages a public works investment fund that helps companies defray or eliminate on- or off-site development costs.
